This page is meant to support and provide resources to Specialty Mental Health providers to treat clients diagnosed with an eating disorder as well as guide the process for when a client is assessed to need a higher level of care for the treatment of an eating disorder.

Eating Disorders Websites and Helpful Adjunctive Resources

National Institute of Mental Health’s Eating Disorders Site

National Eating Disorders Association – website that has screening tools and education, handouts for clients

F.E.A.S.T. – a global support and education community of and for parents of those with eating disorders

Healthy Place’s Eating Disorders Community – website that has resources and information for clients

CBT-E.co – information and resources about enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy to treat eating disorders

Fed Up Collective – a resource whose mission is to make visible, interrupt, and undermine the disproportionately high incidence of eating disorders in trans and gender diverse individuals through radical community healing, recovery institution reform, research, empowerment, and education.

Recovery Record – an app that allows clients with EDs to track their meals and can be shared with their provider (can be accessed through a browser rather than the app if client shares by email)
