The Housing Division provides a range of housing services and resources for homeless consumers that includes housing subsidies through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and Continuum of Care Program; financial assistance for rental assistance, household goods and eviction prevention through the Countywide Housing Assistance Program; and temporary shelter through the Interim Housing Program. In addition, the Division provides capital development funding and operating subsidies for the creation of new permanent supportive housing throughout Los Angeles County.
