Los Angeles County’s Service Area 3 includes the culturally diverse and highly populated area of the San Gabriel Valley region. Residents and communities of this service area are served by a network of County directly operated and County contracted providers offering a wide array of programs and services designed to meet the spectrum of mental health needs in our community.

Service Area 3, or SA 3, serves the cities of Alhambra, Altadena, Arcadia, Azusa, Baldwin Park, Claremont, Covina, Diamond Bar, Duarte, El Monte, Glendora, Irwindale, La Puente, La Verne, Monrovia, Monterey Park, Pasadena, Pomona, San Dimas, San Gabriel, San Marino, South El Monte, South Pasadena, Temple City, Walnut, and West Covina, as well as the communities of Altadena, Angeles National Forest, Avocado Heights, Bassett, Bradbury, Covina, Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, San Jose Hills and Valinda.
