Service Area 3, or SA 3, serves the cities of Alhambra, Altadena, Arcadia, Azusa, Baldwin Park, Claremont, Covina, Diamond Bar, Duarte, El Monte, Glendora, Irwindale, La Puente, La Verne, Monrovia, Monterey Park, Pasadena, Pomona, San Dimas, San Gabriel, San Marino, South El Monte, South Pasadena, Temple City, Walnut, and West Covina, as well as the communities of Altadena, Angeles National Forest, Avocado Heights, Bassett, Bradbury, Covina, Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, San Jose Hills and Valinda.
