Service Area 4 – (Supervisorial District 1, 2, 3) and LACDMH, invite you to join them every third Thursday of the month from 1:30-3:30 p.m. for the Service Area Leadership Team Meeting 4 (SALT 4). Hosted by Co-Chair Pastor Seung Nah, Esiquio Reyes, and facilitated by liaison Gloria Mendez, SALT 4 is intended to bring together community members and local providers in effort to nourish the following key points.
Vision: A community driven process that engages a large, multicultural, and diverse Southeast LA (Service Area 4) community towards a shared goal of hope, recovery, wellbeing, resiliency, and identity.
Mission: To identify stakeholder priorities which will advise the Department of Mental Health’s Action Plan toward the development and improvement of its services and partnerships.
Values: SALT 4 stakeholders will work together towards common goals by partnering and outreaching with the community, including culturally unserved, underserved, and underrepresented community members, through sharing knowledge and building consensus.
Meeting Scheduled: Every third Thursday of the month.
