The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) Rio Hondo Centro de Bienestar began as a Wellness Center in Huntington Park. In response to community feedback, LACDMH increased
staffing at Centro de Bienestar to provide comprehensive specialty mental health services.

• Medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders

• LPS designated staff for crisis evaluation
