Purpose:
To help improve the wellness of moms/persons giving birth and babies and remove barriers to:
- Prevention
- Screening
- Treatment
Goals:
Create a network of providers who work with pregnant women/persons and young families – to provide resources to healthcare, childcare, employment agencies, hospitals etc. through:
- Streamlining referral systems within the San Gabriel Valley
- Education to providers and the community
- Outreach
- Support Groups
- Creating a network of providers for referrals & linkage
- High Quality Treatment
Meeting Schedules: Every first Tuesday of the month
Time: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
