Heat Self Service

The HEAT Self Service website was created in order to allow external agencies to submit support tickets to the LACDMH Help Desk. The HEAT Self Service is a cloud-based Help Desk application which, in addition to allowing external parties to submit tickets, allows users to securely transfer PHI/PII information, and view the status of their previous or current support tickets.

*PLEASE NOTE* All contract providers must have a Contractor ID (C-Number) to access any DMH applications/resources. If you DO NOT have a C-Number, please see the instructions below:

  • LEGAL ENTITY (LE) Providers: Please contact your Organization’s Liaison(s) for assistance in requesting a C-Number. If you do not know who your organization’s liaison is, please contact the DMH Provider Advocacy Office (PAO) System Access Unit at systemsaccessunit@dmh.lacounty.gov for assistance.
  • FEE-FOR-SERVICE (FFS) Providers: Please email your Application Access forms to DMH PAO System Access Unit at systemsaccessunit@dmh.lacounty.gov for processing.
