Rio Hondo MHC – Centro de Bienestar serves clients and community members who are stable in treatment and are looking to further progress in their recovery goals. Our center provides a supportive, recovery-oriented environment through a peer support model which allows clients with similar experiences to relate to each other as only peers can.
We can offer the following services:
Assessments, Individual Therapy, Psychiatric Services, Case Management, Health Screening, Healthy Living Activities, Peer Led Self Help Groups, Peer Support Services, Support for clients with co-occurring disorders, and Linkages and Referrals.
