Join Congressman Adam Schiff, the YMCA of the Foothills and LACDMH for a virtual town hall on mental health, family wellness, and COVID-19. The conversation will be streamed on Facebook Live.
The Town Hall will feature Dr. Jonathan Sherin, LACDMH Director, and Lucinda Guarino, MS-MCFC, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, to answer your questions on a range of topics including rising rates of depression and anxiety, the emotional effects of isolation on individuals and seniors, how to help children cope with anxiety and uncertainty, and more.
