OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center and Los Angeles County: Department of Mental Health are proud to offer a one-time FREE-Virtual Grief Support Workshop in Spanish that will provide a general introduction to grief and loss after the death of a loved.
Some of the topics the Spanish Grief Support Workshop will cover:
- Natural Grief Responses
- Ways that the death of a loved one impacts our lives
- Recognizing differences between normal grief, depression, anxiety, and PTSD
- When to seek support/resources in the community
- Ways to honor and remember your loved ones
This VIRTUAL workshop is only open to Spanish Speaking Grievers who have experienced a death and want to understand their feelings and responses.
