ANNOUNCEMENTS

Chief Information Office Bureau (CIOB) provides SIFT training to any Contract Provider who is interested in learning more about how to utilize the claiming data within your weekly Legal Entity (LE) Extracts to answer business questions or needs.  We will go over the general claiming cycle in detail as well as answer any specific questions that you have on your data.  For questions or to request assistance related to reports/SIFT training, please contact the DMH Help Desk or open a ticket using the HEAT Self-Service portal.
