This event recurs every Monday of the month and takes place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
They are invited every Monday to participate in our group on how to lead a healthier life. In this group we will discuss the different dietary practices, hygiene, personal care, self-regulation, interpersonal relationships, physical activity, and rest that help us live a healthier life. This group will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and in person at Rio Hondo Centro de Bienestar.
