SA 1 Senior Wellbeing Experience – May 7, 2022

Come out and experience new and fun ways to stay active while increasing your mental, physical, social, and emotional wellbeing. There will be line dancing, virtual engagement, healthy eating, senior yoga/stretching, educational information, gift bags, snacks and resources provided by community partners. Presented by the Antelope Valley Wellbeing Coalition and hosted by Desert Senior Apartments.
