C.R.E.A.T.E. (Creative, Resiliency, Expression in, Art and Talents for, everyone) – May 17, 2019

Dear perspective artist, DMH would cordially invite you to participate in our Art exhibit C.R.E.A.T.E. (Creative, Resiliency, Expression in, Art and Talents for, everyone) All Antelope Valley general public are invited to enter our Art Event to display their work. We look forward to receiving your entries by May 1, 2019 to be eligible to participate in C.R.E.A.T.E.
C.R.E.A.T.E. is a 1-day interactive event featuring artists, musical performances, speakers and workshops promoting wellbeing and mental health. C.R.E.A.T.E. is about making a movement for change in the mental health system…because every person deserves access to care. C.R.E.A.T.E. challenges us to see that creativity, community and collective action has the power to change the culture, climate and systems. People need support to heal and thrive. Individual and collective traumas can tragically manifest as addiction, gang affiliation, anxiety and suicide. It’s time to take action and C.R.E.A.T.E. what’s possible. At C.R.E.A.T.E., we come together as artists, activists, students and workers, to join to generate a healthier and more just society.
