Dear BHSA CPT Members and Stakeholders,

As you may know, the future of behavioral health prevention and early intervention services in Los Angeles County is changing under the Behavioral Health Service Act (BHSA).

Please join us on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM) for the BHSA Prevention Forum to review the State’s definitions for prevention and early intervention under BHSA, discuss what these changes mean for existing MHSA-funded programs, and highlight opportunities for input and advocacy to ensure State prevention programs address Los Angeles County’s priorities.
