Los Angeles Black Men's Wellness Day 2024. Date and time Saturday, November 2 · 7am - 12pm PDT. Location Rancho Cienega Recreation Center 5001 Obama Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90016. 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM FREE Health Screenings Community Partners MLK Community Health, Cedars Sinai, St. John's, Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority, Charles R. Drew Medical Society, and UCLA Black Men in White Coats will be offering free core biometric screenings for participants. The screenings will include measurements for height, weight, BMI, glucose, and blood pressure for all men. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to review their results with a Black Physician and receive guidance on how to improve their health. 9:30 AM 5K Walk & Run. 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Kid's Zone Big Brothers Big Sisters LA Get ready for a blast with games and fun for everyone! This awesome area is sponsored by our partners at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to meet and play with our fantastic LA Rugby team. 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Dj & Live Entertainment Stage Powered by KJLH & Corney Mims & the Know-it-allz KJLH 102.3 Keep Walking Like You're Going Somewhere Get ready for an amazing day of entertainment hosted by Radio Free KJLH and Keep Walking Like You're Going Somewhere! You won't want to miss special performances by the talented vocalist Candy Benjamin, the awesome DJ Reeso, the amazing violinist Miracle McKinney, the inspiring Nu Philly Praise Team, and the incredible saxophonist Donal Hayes.
