What can I find on this map?
County Mental Health Centers: Provides mental health services such as individual therapy, and much more. Here there are trained people you can talk to about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. They’re trusted adults who are there to listen without judgment and support you in a safe, confidential space. They also work to break stigma around mental health, making it easier and more normal to ask for help when you need it.
County Health Centers: Provides primary care and specialty care services for all, regardless of ability to pay, including urgent care services.
Emergency Shelters: Interim or emergency housing shelters where people (18 years and older) can receive: regular meals, showers, case management, as well as a bed. (For additional shelter information, click here)
Mental Health Urgent Care Centers (UCCs): Offers intensive, short-term crisis care to stabilize individuals within 24 hours and prevent unnecessary hospitalization. Services are available 24/7 for individuals, and include immediate evaluations, therapy, medication management, and referrals.
Peer Resource Centers: A safe place for all community members to feel understood and supported and access resources they may need.
TAY Drop-In Centers: Provides access to many resources and supports including, clothing, meals, showers, and laundry services. They can also provide education and life skills support, linkage to mental health services, and a safe space to connect with peers.
