  • What is the MyHealthPointe Client Portal?
    • If you are a LACDMH client or a parent/guardian of one, MyHealthPointe is a secure website that gives you access to part of your or your child’s mental health record
    • If you want to obtain a copy of your or your child’s complete mental health record, please visit our Policy page and refer to 501.01 Clients Rights to Access Protected Health Information

  • Is it safe and secure?
    • The MyHealthPointe Client Portal has privacy and security safeguards in place to protect your information.
    • Although the portal uses safeguards, there are other safety tips you should follow when accessing the site. Always remember to protect your username and password and do not save your password on any computer/mobile device to protect yourself from potential unauthorized access to your mental health information on the MyHealthPointe Client Portal.

  • How do I get access to my child’s mental health record?
    • If a child is 11 years old or younger, his/her portal account must be linked to a parent/guardian account. The parent/guardian should request a PIN for their child from the clinic.
    • If a child is 12 years or older, he/she can register for a portal account and either have it linked to the parent/guardian account or not have it linked.
