  • How do I get access to my child’s mental health record?
    • If a child is 11 years old or younger, his/her portal account must be linked to a parent/guardian account. The parent/guardian should request a PIN for their child from the clinic.
      • A parent/guardian who has a portal account (i.e. parent/guardian is also a client) will simply link the child to their portal account by selecting ‘Add a Child or Dependent Account’ on the My Account (learn more)
      • A parent/guardian who does not have their own portal account (i.e. parent/guardian is not a client), will need to create a Patient Portal Account and link the child to their account using the child’s PIN (learn more)
    • If a child is 12 years or older, he/she can register for a portal account and either have it linked to the parent/guardian account or not have it linked.
