Veteran & Military Family Services (VMFS) Presents Valorous Vets - Veteran's Life Skills Group Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the Month 10:00 – 11:00 AM Bob Hope Patriotic Hall 1816 S. This group will focus on enhancing coping skills, reducing anxiety, depression, and stress, while also developing essential life skills such as money management, organizational skills, and independent living skills.
