Practical resources and tools to empower individuals in coping with and overcoming challenges

Featuring a keynote speaker, panel discussions, and distinct workshops for youth and adults, attendees of Pasadena Mental Health Day 2019 will:

Participate in Interactive and insightful workshops for youth and adults – including parents, new adults, and seniors

Gain knowledge on the current mental health issues and challenges faced today

Gain knowledge on the current mental health issues among those experiencing homelessness

Discover the benefits of healthy living, community engagement, and compassionate service on mental health and homelessness
