Covid Conversations: Exploring racial inequities and mental health challenges – May 26, 2020

May 26, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The public health crisis and economic fallout from the pandemic has highlighted inequities in many of our systems. Preliminary national and local data illustrate that low income communities of color are the hardest hit by COVID-19 and are most likely to face increased stressors to their mental health. Join us to hear the latest data from USC’s Center for Economic and Social Research on local racial disparities and learn about available County resources to support mental well-being. Take part in this discussion to explore what steps can be taking to reduce disparities and protect vulnerable populations.
