Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) Process for MHSA Providers:
- The RFSQ process will simplify and streamline the MHSA solicitation and contracting process enabling LAC-DMH to establish a non-exclusive list of pre-qualified mental health contractors who will have met the minimum qualifications listed in the RFSQ and will have demonstrated relevant experience and staff capability to provide the various services detailed in the CSS plan.
