Kim’s Tip:  How Clean Is Your Cell Phone?

When was the last time you cleaned your cell phone? If you have to think really hard, it’s been too long. Most of us cannot live without our cell phones and sometimes neglect the importance of making sure the surface is cleaned on a continual basis.

Some of us store our cell phones in our pockets, purses, in drawers or just on a table-top surface; all of which are breeding grounds for germs. And let’s not forget about the bacteria created from just the phone touching your face.

What’s the best way to clean your phone you might ask? Water can corrode the charging pins. So, the best method would be using rubbing alcohol. It sanitizes, evaporates quickly and, when used with a cotton swab, can get debris stuck between buttons and microphone slots. Don’t forget to clean those trendy cell phone covers and cases also.
