LA CITY COUNCIL PROCLAIMS OCTOBER 10TH AS
MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS DAY
For the first time, the Los Angeles City Council has proclaimed Friday, October 10th as Mental Health Awareness Day. The first-ever resolution was supported by City Council President Herb J. Wesson, Jr. and Councilmembers Mike Bonin Paul Koretz and Mitch O’Farrell.
The City Council will be recognizing this special day during a presentation at City Hall on Friday, October 10th at 10AM. The public is invited to attend. City Hall is located at 200 N. Spring Street in downtown Los Angeles.
