Radmillia Jearman has been with DMH for almost 4 years. IS Users know her from the IS Production Lab. Radmillia loves the Production Lab because she gets to work directly with users. Her advice is to take all the IS trainings you can, and to make sure you use the HIPAA website! Radmillia loves to read, but most of all she loves to spend time with her children.
